Class Room Theatre:
People’s Theatre Association has been conducting ‘Classroom Theater’ activities in various schools of the country on a regular basis. Regular ‘Classroom Theater’ workshops on textbook storytelling and drama are organized with the participation of students.
The ‘Classroom Theater’ performance features a solo performance by People’s Little Theater (PLT), ‘Bobby’ written by Bijay Tendulkar and directed by Liaquat Ali Lucky, and a chair autobiographical play. Besides, the play ‘Abak Jalpan’ written by Sukumar Roy and directed by Liaquat Ali Lucky, produced by Lok Natyadal, was also performed. The students of the school also perform textbook stories and plays.
Founding Secretary General of PTA Mr. Liaquat Ali Lucky regularly organizes workshops on ‘Classroom Theater’ in various schools across the country with the aim of establishing ‘joyful and creative classrooms’ across the country.
