School Theatre Program (STP):
PTA has started theater program at school level since 2005 with the aim of accelerating the country’s children’s drama movement. This effort to develop children’s talents through the formation of drama troupes in different schools is getting the expected response.
School Theatre Program (STP) conducted by RAKHAL with the memorandum “A developed child, a glowing future” has received a massive response from the schools it has been working with. This program is especially for the school-going children who are much aware of their condition and consider their relationship with their parents and community with keen heart. The psychological development of the school-going children is different from the other children. Therefore, to develop the child as judicious and prudent through theatrical activities is the key objective of this program. Involving with theatrical activities as co-curricular activity, they can get moral lesson and entertainment of course.
